Delivering to a hotel?

Thank you for thinking of Freed's! We're happy to deliver to hotels throughout the Vegas valley and want to make sure we communicate what to expect and some difficulties that can arise.

General Info:
We currently ask for a four hour window in which the recipient will be available to accept the cake. Since our products are perishable and made to order, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s). Refunds will not be issued for deliveries with incomplete or incorrect information or if the recipient is not present to receive the cake.
Deliveries to Concierge/Bell Desk:
Concierges, reception desks, room service, and bell desks will not accept perishable food items on the behalf of a customer if not authorized beforehand. We are not able to authorize a delivery on a guest's behalf. If an employee of the hotel has verified they are willing to accept the cake, please include the employee's full name as well as the reservation name and room number of the recipient. We are unable to complete a delivery to a concierge or bell desk without this information.
Deliveries to a Hotel Room:
For deliveries directly to a recipient's room, we must have the reservation name and room number (hotel's are not able to give us this information) and the recipient must be available in the room to accept the item(s). We are not able to enter a room while the guest is not there and often because of hotel security are not able to enter the elevator without the guest. Please provide a phone number that the recipient is able to answer while here in Las Vegas. If we're unable to contact the recipient, we will most likely be unable to complete the delivery.

Deliveries Poolside:
Poolside deliveries can be notoriously difficult, so more information like a reservation name, a room number, or anything else that might help us track down the recipient is very helpful. Our team member may not be able to access the pool area due to security and may require that the recipient meet us at a designated location. Please provide a phone number that the recipient is able to answer while here in Las Vegas. If we're unable to contact the recipient, we will most likely be unable to complete the delivery.
