Delivering to an office?
Thank you for thinking of Freed's! We're happy to deliver to offices throughout the Vegas valley and want to make sure we communicate what to expect and some difficulties that can arise.
General Info:
We currently ask for a four hour window in which the recipient will be available to accept the cake. Since our products are perishable and made to order, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s). Refunds will not be issued for deliveries with incomplete or incorrect information or if the recipient is not present to receive the cake.

Deliveries to Offices:
Please keep in mind the recipient's work schedule and business hours in respect to the delivery time. A recipient must be present to complete the delivery. If we're unable to make contact with the recipient at drop-off, we will most likely be unable to complete the delivery. If someone is accepting the item(s) on behalf of the recipient, please make us aware.
