WATER IS OFF – WHAT DO WE DO?

Order of Operations: 

-       Put up ‘Out of Order’ signs on bathrooms.

-       Find out if it’s Plaza-wide or specific to our building. 

-       If it’s our building only (which has never happened) we have a map with our building shutoff indicated on it in the booklet of “Emergency Action Plans” located around the bakery. 

o   There will always be a booklet in Processing.

o   Water-Shut Off info located on “Flood” page in booklet. 

-       If it’s Plaza-wide, contact the Property Management.

-       If we can’t get in touch with the property manager, go search out that water main at Silverado Ranch and Eastern to see if someone is working on it, and get clarification from them. 

-       If we’re still not able to make progress, we need to make a group decision on how to move forward.
